11/30: It was super windy yesterday and it continued today. Bob and I took one more walk around Mostar.

A bit hard to tell, but the Orthodox Church tower on the left is twice as tall as any minaret in town. |
We drove about 45 minutes to the Kravica waterfall. We had low expectations after all the beautiful waterfalls we’ve seen on this trip, but it was really lovely! We were the only people there when we arrived, but a few tour buses came a bit later. The man at the ticket booth was very friendly and didn’t charge us for the kids. A very different experience than tourist sites in Türkiye…
We drove to Pocitelj, a historic partially walled city that suffered much damage during the Bosnian War. The city is a National Monument in Bosnia. It was free to walk around and we only saw a handful of other people.

Thankfully we didn’t have the extreme wind while we were touring, but once we returned to Mostar it was incredible! We enjoyed our last evening in our place with Thanksgiving leftovers, Codenames with just the four of us, and the movie the Family Switch (festive and fun!) We all had trouble sleeping with the shutters rattling from the crazy wind.
